TWA will advise on the best PC Package for your needs. We will order it for you or custom build the PC if you so require.
DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION
We provide free delivery, installation, set-up and configuration of your new equipment. If required, a one hour tutorial is available on the use of new equipment, how to keep it running smoothly and protected from potential problems.
ANTI-VIRUS PROTECTION
As a certified distributor of AVG Anti-Virus Protection, we will install for you a two year subscription to AVG - all included in your monthly contract!
INTERNET / LAN / NETWORK CONNECTION
TWA will order equipment as well as set-up and configure your internet / network, as required.
REPAIRS & UPGRADES
TWA will conduct installation, re-installations, repairs and upgrades of your Windows Systems and equipment.
DATA RECOVERY
Should you happen to lose any data, TWA will endeavour to recover as much of it as we possibly can.
HEALTH CHECKS
We will carry out a free yearly health check on both your PC and your internet connection.
ALL LABOUR COSTS INCLUDED!
Whether you bring your equipment to us or we arrange come to you, all labour costs are included within your contract.
